The Rasmus Single “Rise”
The Rasmus release their new encouraging single “Rise”.
Along with the new single, the Finns also announce their new album and the start of pre-sales.
After their breathtaking performance at the Eurovision Song Contest, where they represented Finland in the final, The Rasmus now return with the new single “Rise”. “Rise”, co-written and co-produced by Desmond Child, is an energetic rock track with orchestral flourishes and one of the band’s most aggressive songs in a long time.
The song describes the battle against depression. Singer Lauri will also share his personal experiences in it. In addition, there’s a music video featuring dancers who play “the roots”, representing the evil power. These try to pull us underground. However, the end of the song still conveys a positive message to not give up, no matter how difficult it is.
“Rise” is now available everywhere.
