Nils Landgren in the official German jazz charts
With this, the trombonist has once again reached a new milestone
Congratulations to Nils Landgren, ACT Music, and the entire team on reaching No. 2 on the official German jazz charts with the album “Nils Landgren 70 – Jazz At Berlin Philharmonic XIX”!
The album will be available on all major streaming platforms via digital distribution by Kontor New Media.
Recorded live at the Berlin Philharmonic, “Nils Landgren 70” celebrates the trombonist’s milestone birthday with a concert that ended with a standing ovation. The focus was on a tribute to his idol and later collaborator Joe Sample, built around songs that are particularly close to Nils’s heart. Arranged by Grammy Award winner Magnus Lindgren, featuring the brass section of the Berlin Philharmonic and singer China Moses. An evening that clearly demonstrates why Nils Landgren is one of jazz’s great bridge-builders.
Congratulations on this tremendous success!
