FLEKS “Casablanca”
The Austrian alternative punk band FLEKS releases their new single “Casablanca” today.
FLEKS! Who are they? What do they want? What are they actually doing? FLEKS are from Austria and are dedicated to alternative punk. FLEKS definitely also play rock, and they’re changing a bit with the release of their new single “Casablanca”. They have reinvented themselves. They’re now directing their influences towards dance, and that’s coming from a rock band.
Content-wise, it’s about wasted time and fear of commitment. It’s not all that simple, as their lyrics are dripping with distrust and suffering. “Casablanca” is the answer to their debut album “Color TV”, and with it, they’re embarking on a new genre path.
